What are the requirements for End-Point Assessment (EPA) for the Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship?
Associate Project Manager Level 4 End-Point Assessment (EPA) has two assessment methods:

Project Presentation with questions
Professional Discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence

In the presentation with questions, the apprentice delivers a presentation to an independent assessor. The independent assessor must ask questions after the presentation. This provides the apprentice with the opportunity to demonstrate the KSBs mapped to this assessment method. The presentation will typically last for 20 minutes and the questioning will typically last for 40 minutes. In total, the presentation and questions must last for 60 minutes. The independent assessor can increase the time of the presentation and questioning by up to 10%.

In the professional discussion assessment method, the independent assessor and apprentice must have a formal two-way conversation based on the apprentice's submitted portfolio. It gives the apprentice the opportunity to demonstrate the KSBs mapped to this assessment method. The professional discussion must last for 60 minutes. The independent assessor can increase the time of the professional discussion by up to 10%.
